Sinead spent her formative years in Ireland before moving to London to hone her management and business skills in the hospitality industry.

Upon returning to Ireland, she changed the direction of her career by joining the quality department of Medtronic in County Galway.

She met and married her husband, also a co-founder of JCMar, in Ireland and five years later moved her family to the U.S.
